Hello 2017! I am expecting a bright and fruitful experience for this year after a downfall from 2016. Well, let’s not talk about the past and focus on what is in store for us in the future. As a first post for this year, I want to share some tip on how do I uplift myself from the woes of the past. Travel, exercise and food trip might seem simple for some and difficult for others. But these three when combine could make you a better person. Because it is important that you shed that dark cover that is collected from the past year and let the light flourish out in you.
Go travel if you are feeling a bit lost or down. Find a friend that could go with you, learn the different variety of culture may it be local or international. And be sure to view this as a learning experience that can improve your well being.
Exercise could not only make you fit but also could exhaust the bad feelings that you had, make it to a point that every workout that you do is to push yourself to the maximum and release that anger. It is hard at first, but never get tired of it and I am sure that you will love it soon.
Lastly, food tripping. Well, you are now exercising so make it to a point that you explore your taste pallet. Go eat, not the fast food, but the real food! Try to cook some dishes from the different parts of the world. In that sense you are now travelling without using a lot of money. But if you can’t, find a buddy that can go with you and try different restaurant around the metro. Exploring your taste buds releases some stress and can make you happy.
